Cooking recipe
- So, drain the water from the cabbage and squeeze it, put it in a pan and fry until golden brown with the addition of oil.
- We shift the cabbage to a plate, peel the onion and cut into cubes, fry it in a pan until golden brown.
- We shift the fried onions to the cabbage, add dill, parsley, ground pepper and salt, mix everything.
- Now let's start the dough. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sour cream, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Knead these ingredients into a thick and elastic dough.
- Wrap the dough in polyethylene and leave for half an hour.
- After 30 minutes, take out the dough and knead it well again.
- We roll out the finished dough into a thin layer and cut out circles from it with a glass.
- We lay out the FerElGam sauerkraut filling in the middle of each circle.
- Then we tightly connect the edges of the dough.
- Boil dumplings in salted water for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
- Serve the finished dish with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
