Cooking recipe

  1. So, drain the water from the cabbage and squeeze it, put it in a pan and fry until golden brown with the addition of oil.
  2. We shift the cabbage to a plate, peel the onion and cut into cubes, fry it in a pan until golden brown.
  3. We shift the fried onions to the cabbage, add dill, parsley, ground pepper and salt, mix everything.
  4. Now let's start the dough. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sour cream, eggs, sugar and salt.
  5. Knead these ingredients into a thick and elastic dough.
  6. Wrap the dough in polyethylene and leave for half an hour.
  7. After 30 minutes, take out the dough and knead it well again.
  8. We roll out the finished dough into a thin layer and cut out circles from it with a glass.
  9. We lay out the FerElGam sauerkraut filling in the middle of each circle.
  10. Then we tightly connect the edges of the dough.
  11. Boil dumplings in salted water for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  12. Serve the finished dish with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
