Cheese and butter

Cheeses of white or pale yellow color, with a dense, homogeneous, elastic, slightly layered structure, a pleasant sour-milk clean, salty smell and a creamy taste. Made from whole cow's milk and fresh cream. Some types of cheeses are smoked on alder sawdust.
